Plus Camerimage Festival Reception Desk is located in the Festival Centre in Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz (Marszałka Focha Street 5) - Foyer on the ground level. The opening hours of the Festival Reception are following:

• 27 November - 12 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• from 28 November till 3 December - 20 minutes before the first screening till 9 p.m.
• 4 December - 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.

At the Reception Desk you will:

• collect the entrance card, previously booked online and paid for till 15 November 2010
  
• purchase:
  - tickets for the particular screenings
  - one-day tickets
  - tickets for Plus Camerimage Market
  
• get the information about all the screenings and other events taking place during the Festival.
  

PLEASE NOTE!

• Entrance cards may be collected only within the above-mentioned working hours.
  
• Tickets for the evening screenings starting after 9 p.m. have to be purchased on the same day from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Admission to all festival screenings in Multikino is free of charge. Please collect the tickets in Multikino's box office before a particular screening. The number of seats is limited.

SINGLE SCREENING TICKETS AND ONE-DAY TICKETS

Please note that the following prices of the tickets do not include the ticket prices for the screenings in other cinemas than the Festival Centre.

• Ticket sale for the festival screening will take place from 28 November- 3 December 2010 in the Festival Centre - Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz.
  
  
• The box office will be open every day at the Reception, 20 minutes before a given screening.
  
  
• Number of tickets for the screenings is limited.
  
  
• Seats are not numbered.
  
  
• There are no ticket bookings or presales.
  
  
• One person can buy any number of tickets.
  
  
• One person can buy only 1 one-day ticket. One-day ticket may not be ceded, lent nor resold.
  
  
• One-day tickets and tickets have to be retained for inspection.
  
  
• One-day tickets and tickets are non-returnable.
  
  
• Ticket price for a single screening is 20,00 PLN.
  
  
• Ticket price for Plus Camerimage Market and exhibitions is 30,00 PLN.
  
  
• One-day ticket price is 80,00 PLN.
